For best results:

- Make sure the full face and visible hair are shown
- Use a clear, well-lit original photo
- Front-facing or slightly angled photos work best
- Avoid blurry images
- Avoid screenshots whenever possible
- Avoid heavy filters
- Avoid distant group photos
- Avoid photos with the head or hairstyle already cropped

We remove the background and create a clean cut around the face and visible hair.

Your photo will not be beautified, reshaped, filtered or altered.

Standard pricing includes one unique photo.

Orders are typically ready to ship within 1–3 business days after all usable photos and personalization details have been received.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Transit time is separate from production time.

Entering an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

For events fewer than 7 business days away, please contact Harbor & Grace before ordering so we can review availability and shipping options.

Because these stirrers are personalized specifically for your event, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted once design or production work has begun.

If Harbor & Grace makes an error with your order or your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.
