At Harbor & Grace, we take pride in creating high-quality custom celebration items, printed products, and personalized keepsakes. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Because most of our products are made to order, refunds are not available once work has started or once a proof has been approved.

Printed Products
All printed products are final sale.
Please review all proofs carefully before approving your order. Harbor & Grace is not responsible for errors that were approved in the proof.
Because printing is a physical process, slight color differences between screens and printed items may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
If your order contains a manufacturing error or defect, we will provide a reprint at no charge once the issue has been confirmed.
Reprint turnaround times may vary depending on current workload.

Non-custom, in-stock items may be eligible for return at the discretion of Harbor & Grace.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem.
- We will offer a replacement or reprint if the error was caused by Harbor & Grace.
