How long does processing take?
Most orders are made to order and typically process within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during busy seasons, holidays, or for larger/custom orders. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because many Harbor & Grace items are personalized or made to order, custom and personalized items are final sale unless there is an issue with your order. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected so we can make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has started production, we may not be able to cancel or update it. For personalized items, please double-check all names, spelling, colors, and details before placing your order.
