Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Custom, personalized, or bulk orders may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be provided on the product page, at checkout, or through email communication if needed.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Upgrades
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping method.
For additional protection, shipping insurance may be available at checkout for an extra fee. Shipping insurance helps protect your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, Harbor & Grace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you track your shipment and assist with the claims process when possible.
For lost packages, a claim can only be started after confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package was not delivered.
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must first contact the shipping carrier and provide any available documentation before a claim can be submitted.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
✔ Checking with neighbors or household members
✔ Looking in secure or alternate delivery locations
✔ Contacting the shipping carrier for delivery details or GPS confirmation
Incorrect Address Policy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Harbor & Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging so we can review the issue.
Once confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution when applicable.
