If the multiple-face option is selected, your total quantity is divided among the unique faces submitted.

For example, a 50-piece order with multiple faces includes approximately 50 total pieces—not 50 pieces of each face.

Choose your quantity, size, finish and number of unique faces, then upload your clear original photo(s).

Please provide:

- Clear, high-resolution photo(s)
- Event date
- Any special design notes
- Proof request, if desired

For the best results:

- Use a clear original photo
- Choose a well-lit image
- Make sure the full face and visible hairstyle are shown
- Front-facing or slightly angled photos work best
- Avoid objects covering the face

Please avoid:

- Screenshots
- Blurry or pixelated photos
- Heavy filters
- Dark images or strong shadows
- Photos with cropped hair or foreheads
- Distant group photos

We remove the background and create a clean cut around the face and visible hair.

Your photo will not be beautified, reshaped, filtered or altered.

If your submitted photo cannot produce a clean finished product, Harbor & Grace may request a replacement image before production begins.

Multiple Faces

- One unique face is included with standard pricing
- Select the multiple-face option to include additional unique photos
- A split-order setup fee applies
- Your selected quantity is divided among all submitted faces
- The setup fee does not increase the total number of confetti pieces ordered

Orders are typically ready to ship within 1–3 business days after all usable photos and personalization details have been received.

If a proof is requested, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for your proof.

Production generally takes 1–2 business days after proof approval.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Transit time is separate from design and production time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Entering an event date does not guarantee delivery by that date.

For events fewer than 7 business days away, please contact Harbor & Grace before ordering so we can review availability and shipping options.

Because this item is personalized specifically for your order, cancellations, returns and refunds are not accepted once design or production work has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your approved design, please contact Harbor & Grace with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
